No revenue commitment in your first year. Commission you have earned is always yours to keep. Full terms are in the partner agreement.
What you earn
Commission is paid on client spend for the life of the account, not as a first-year referral bounty. Revenue continues for as long as the client remains active.
| Product | Certified | Premier |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise licencesSelf-hosted, $35 / user / mo | 10% | 20% |
| Standard licencesManaged by us, $25 / user / mo | 5% | 10% |
| Fullfinity DeployManaged hosting for the clients you build for | 50% | 50% |
Premier becomes the stronger position from around 36 Enterprise seats under management. Below that, Certified returns more net of its fee — we would rather you were on the tier that fits your practice.
What the fee buys
-
Partner licenses for internal use
Run Fullfinity across your own business, and provision unlimited development and demonstration environments. Issued against your partner account rather than per engagement.
-
Delegated account management
Administer your clients' accounts from your own — seats, plan, invoices and hosted instances — under an explicit grant, scoped to the permissions each client authorizes.
-
Developer certification
Candidates build a module to a published specification, which passes the same automated review gates as an app store submission, followed by technical review.
-
Partner badges
Certified and Premier badges for your website, proposals and marketing, with the brand assets and usage guidelines to go with them.
-
Listing in the partner directory
Your practice, the regions you cover and the industries you specialise in, published on fullfinity.com.
-
Product and roadmap access
A direct channel for client requirements to reach the product team, and pre-release builds ahead of general availability so scheduled deployments are never affected by a release.
-
Priority lead routingPremier
Inbound clients in your region and specialism are introduced to you first.
-
Featured directory placementPremier
Premier placement in the directory, above Certified partners in every region you cover.
Partner support is a dedicated channel with direct access to our engineering team.
Available without partner status
Fullfinity does not place its documentation or distribution behind a partner wall. The following are available to any developer, and are therefore not listed as program benefits:
The developer documentation
developer.fullfinity.com — 80+ pages covering the ORM, views, security, modules, migrations and the APIs.
The help centre
End-user documentation covering the applications you will implement.
App store publishing
Publish modules to the Fullfinity app store and earn revenue on them. No partner status required.
The Free edition
Self-hosted, unlimited users, forever.
No authorization is required to build on Fullfinity or to publish what you build. The Partner Program governs commercial participation — commission, licensing and delegated account management.
What we expect in return
Maintain your certification count
Tier eligibility is determined by the number of certified developers you hold. Falling below the threshold moves you to the tier that matches.
Maintain a demonstration environment
A working environment, kept current, that you can present to prospective clients.
Represent the licensing model accurately
Fullfinity is open-core, and the Free edition may be self-hosted indefinitely at no charge. Partner materials and proposals must reflect this.
Keep client licenses current
Clients you deliver to hold current licenses for the edition they are running.
No minimum transaction volume to join.
Apply
Applying creates your Fullfinity account, which subsequently holds your partner licenses, developer certifications and delegated client estates. Include details of your practice, the clients you serve, and the tier you are applying for.
