Build the app you're missing.
Fill the gap in your system without waiting on developers — what you build runs on the same data and security as everything else, not off in a silo.

The process you run on lives in a spreadsheet nobody owns.
Every business has that one workflow the software doesn't cover — asset checks, a bespoke approval, a niche register — so it ends up in a shared spreadsheet, disconnected from your customers, stock and books. A ticket to IT to "build a little app" sits in a queue for a quarter. Meanwhile the spreadsheet grows, and the data drifts.
A real app, built the way you'd sketch it.
Records, screens, logic and reports — visual, no code, and part of the same system.
Your own data
Define custom models and fields — text, dates, selections, money, links to other records — without writing a schema. New tables and columns just appear, migrated for you.
Screens, laid out visually
Design forms, lists, kanban boards and calendars for your records on the same grid the built-in apps use — no front-end to build, responsive and dark-mode aware out of the box.
Logic without code
Build automations that do real work — when a record changes, create another, notify someone, update a status, or run on a schedule. Rules, not scripts.
Your own reports
Compose report templates over any data — including the records you just built — and print or export them, on the same reporting engine as the rest of the platform.
Not a low-code island. The same system.
What you build shares one database, one permission model and one design with every built-in app — so a custom record links to a real customer, your screens respect the same roles, and your automations run on the same engine. And because the builder tracks every change, your app is carried forward on every upgrade instead of breaking on it.
One connected system
The same customers, products and stock run through App Builder and every other app — nothing kept in a separate tool.
Open-core
The core apps are open source, and the whole thing is yours to self-host.
Free, unlimited users
Self-host the Free edition with your whole team on it — no per-seat fees, no seat counting, no trial running out.
Only what you need
Run App Builder on its own, and switch on the rest of the suite when you're ready.
App Builder, answered.
Do I really not need to code?+
Right — models, screens, logic and reports are all built visually. You define fields, lay out forms and lists, and add automation rules without writing Python or SQL. A developer can still extend what you build later, because it is a real module underneath.
Where does my app run — a separate low-code tool?+
No. What you build runs on the same engine, the same database, the same permissions and the same design as every built-in app. Your custom records link to real customers, products and invoices; your screens look like the rest of the system; your rules use the same automation.
Will my customizations survive an upgrade?+
Yes. The builder tracks every customization, so when the platform upgrades — even when a base field or view is renamed or restructured — your app is carried forward instead of breaking. No re-doing your work after every new version.
Can my custom app use built-in data and security?+
That is the point. A custom model can link to any existing record, your screens respect the same roles and record rules, and your automations read and write the same data — so a no-code app is a first-class part of the system, not a bolt-on beside it.
Which plans include the App Builder?+
The App Builder is part of the Standard and Enterprise plans. What you build is yours — export your data any time, and self-host the whole platform if you prefer to run it yourself.
